I love gorgonzola in a salad with fresh pears and thinly sliced steak. It's heaven you don't even need dressing if the pear is juicy!

Physically and emotionally! All those empty carbs just set me up for failure and cravings for next day :( don't get me wrong love carbs but…

Beef Jerky...sodium but, man it keeps me satisfied and 1 serving is plenty at 80 cals.

Amazing accomplishment!

I'm not a breakfasty person at breakfast time so I like a piece of toast with turkey and reduced fat cheese sometimes.

I have 52 lbs left to go but, trust me been there, done that 100+ thing. Would love to support you along the way :)

Either lean beef, chicken or shrimp fajitas with lots of crisp onions, peppers and fresh pico de gallo on Mission extra thin corn tortillas (80 cals for 2) or over shredded lettuce like a salad. Yummy :)

The support is nice but, I prefer calorie counting. I know a few people who really enjoy it though. Worth trying to see how you like it.

You'll look like a hard working, kick *kitten* version of yourself! Ok, in all honesty I'm sure that question has been on everyone's mind who has a weight issue. I still struggle with it myself. Sometimes I see pics and think "Who is she?" I can't imagine the stranger in the mirror when I hit my goal. Can't wait to see…

What a great story you have! Keep up all your hard work. It's totally paying off from those pics!

Welcome, I can totally identify with your busy life. I had to finally make myself one of my priorities. I walk and strength train at sports practices, I get up between 4-5 to workout, or I slam a home workout in between a fast dinner and heading out for "mommy duty" driving kids around. It can be done but, it's sometimes…

Amazing progress! Congrats on your success!

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I think we all have that "trigger" that snaps us into a healthier future. Maybe this was yours? Wishing you much success.
