  • I make a warm chicken salad. Marinate chopped up raw chicken breast in about 2 Tblspns balsamic vinegar, 1 Tblspn olive oil and crushed garlic for 30 mins, I usually put in a small snaplock bag and turn it over a few times. Then pan fry in non stick pan till cooked and service on top of salad made from whatever you choose.…
