I think you may have to incorporate more fiber in your diet. Instead of the banana, try an apple, instead of the carrots have a spinach salad or broccoli.

I just joined myfitnesspal a few minutes ago.....i'm officially a gym junkie and I love it! I've been going to the gym at 5:00am, since the begning of last month!! My days are loooong...but my health is definiately worth every minute of it!!! :bigsmile:
