Fitbits are where its at I dont think I would have lost as much as I have without mine it is my go to and motivator every day, and this place is amazing you will lose weight gain friends and best of all feel like a brand new person, sign me up Gramma!!

I Try to keep my breakfast around 250 to 300 calories if I can help it I seem to do better throughout the day if I keep it under in the morning, and yogurt berries and granola do that for me.

BETTLES any kind of bettles but most hated of all are the flying ones with long antennae that very easily get caught in your hair. I am terrified of them and will literally run screaming if one flies at me the other ones are just nasty listen to how it sounds when you step on them and I am not sure but what good are they…

They are good just straight baked in the oven 400 for about 45 minutes don't put anything on them eat them straight up you will be surprised at how tasty they are "plain" although I would love to try the chipotle fries they look delicious, maybe tonight with my Cornish hen love them little "chickens"
