  • hey! welcome! its helped me see how much lil crap i was eating through the day even though i wasnt hungry i was still snacking! so its made me a hell of a lot healthier i havent weighed in for three weeks but will be tomorrow so hopefully ill have otehr results too keep at it and you'll be feeling better soon enough!

  • go for a walk or move!!!!! also drink lots of water sometimes you think your hungry but really your thirsty!
