Me too cheerios and a banana is my go to breakfast and Ive lost weight pretty steadily too, but Ive heard some people and even some "diets" restrict them so I guess maybe some people react different to the sugar and carbs in them, maybe try ditching the cereal and try something with protein along with banana or half banana

I would eat more!! Eat at least 1200 calories a day whether you exercise or not and up to you whether you eat your exercise calories back, I dont eat my exercise calories back and eat between 1200-1300 calories a day and have been steadily losing between 1 and 3 lbs a week
