Thanks for the responses, everyone. I've called an urgent care center but simply can not afford to go (cheapest I've found is 200 for a visit and that's before any sort of procedure is even done.) I didn't know that about hydrogen peroxide..........should I use salt water, instead?

Special k Protein plus has 10 grams of protein. I eat 2 servings with 80 cal Greek yogurt. 30 grams of protein in one low cal meal. Pretty good.

I JUST ate a cup of cottage cheese mixed with sugar-free jelly (both blueberry and strawberry.) Really yummy. Other times, I mix it with diet hot chocolate mix and a trace of honey. Real good!
