Checking in a few days late, but I weighed in on Thursday. My numbers were: PW 194.0 CW 194.0 Had a cheat day during this past week, plus I had big losses the two previous weeks, so I'm happy with maintaining this week. Best of luck to you all in the BOTChallenge!

Balancing out the backyard BBQ food with workouts for calorie burn over this holiday weekend. Restricted alcohol to only one day of the weekend. Pushing myself to make smart choices; if I indulge, I'm cutting the portion in half (or less) to just satisfy my craving, but not sabotage my success. Burned about 1800 cal so far…

Inspired after my workout this morning! Eating whole wheat & flax pita bread with spicy hummus and fresh alfalfa sprouts for lunch today! The bread is soft, and along with the protein from the hummus, helps to fill me up and keep hunger at bay. The sprouts offer a crunch and area nice alternative to some of the salad…

Went to grocery today to get lots of healthy food. Buying fresh costs more, but it WILL be worth it in the end.... Going to make a veg-only dinner of grilled eggplant, summer squash, and zucchini!

Starting off the BOTC with a cold...who gets a cold during the summer?!?!? So I'm hoping the water helps to flush it out...looking forward to getting out for a run! Logged all food, under calorie goal (by 35) for the day, and got my water in. Yeah! Let's do this!
