Feel free to add me if you like, this is my third week at this and i feel a lot better, i am a diabetic and my blood sugar level seems to have settled down a lot more since i have been watching what i eat so something seems to be working. i think having others watching as well keeps you motivated.

Don't feel bad we all go through this, i have been with MFP for nearly 2 weeks now and actually feel it's doing me good, i think having other people in the same situation helps a lot, it's good to support each other. add me if you like.

I work in an office all day and am new to this also, i don't get much exercise which is my main problem, i have started to walk around my office block 2 or 3 times a day as fast as possible which takes around 5-7 minutes, i know it's not much but every little helps.

this is also my first week and i feel better already, knowing that others are watching what you eat also helps; feel free to add me if you like, i am type 2 diabetic and this week since i have been doing this my blood sugar has been stable for a change so something is working.
