  • I work at Starbucks, and I can tell you that this is not one of our healthier drinks! My advice would be to get no more than half of the normal amount of syrup (you'll still get the taste, just not as strong) and get non-fat milk with no whipped cream OR the burnt sugar topping. (wc adds approx. 100 calories to any drink!)…
