  • In my opinion.....you should never just eat 3 meals a day. It should be more like 5-6 small meals. This keeps your blood sugar stable and keeps your metabolism up. Depending on your calorie allotment, I would do Breakfast, Lunch and dinner for 300 calories and then three 100 calorie snacks in between. That gets you to 1200…
