Hey, I'm in a similar boat but with the addition of a new baby! Keen to see some results. I'm day 3 today and haven't met my targets yet, but have improved upon day 1. Slow and steady wins the race!

I'm new here too.. Doing well for the first three days, but I have to admit. I'm hungry! lol Must have been the exercise I did this morning. Anyway - we can DO this! Let's go drink some water! :)
