have you tried here http://www.genghisgrill.com/ (had to google one in Texas) But at a Mongolian restaurant you pick all your fixings, and you can choose to have it stir fried with water instead of oil ... you control what's going in!

thanks everyone for your input. I do eat at least 1200 cals a day. Like I said in my first post, I was consuming lcoser to 2000 calories a day, because I work out a lot, and hard, I ate ate ate, but the wrong things.... There are a few meals missing, most likely because i was out or something, but I do eat 2 snacks a day…

I did my first bikram class yesterday morning! My first Yoga class period. AMAZING. I mean when I was doing it it was like "10 more minutes, 10 more minutes" haha , but I'm going back today again Teacher was happy I was able to attempt each posture, didn't give up. My local bikram studio offers new members 20$ unlimited…

When I started running it was around 30 minutes (27 for my first 5 K and 30:30 for my second, but the second one is hilly) I can now do it in 21 minutes, but I've been running 7 years now ... After you do a first 5 K training program, you can find ones online that are 5 K Faster programs :)

I always eat my exersise calories, and I keep gaining (but I quit smoking three months ago too) So I'm starting to think I shouldn't eat my exersise calories! haha I need to find a way to be FULL on 1200 calories! so I would say No don't eat them if you want to lose! lol

ahhh I just learned of this (Deoderant bar type thing) that my friend got at the Running Room. you put it on your thighs before running and no chafting... maybe try regular deoderant ? see if that helps? I personally LOVE running in Capris (lululemon)

Just wondering cuz my HRM has a program in it, and if I don't reach my weekly goal it yells at me ... I can manually input cals burned into it ...sick of it yelling me ... haha

also as far as advice, do you have a gym membership or are you doing it at home?
