Yeah I notice that! haha went from 2300 calories extra to 194!!! that's great because I didn't want false hope I'd be losing 20 lbs in 5 weeks lol

I took chantix and quit after a packaday for 17 years, never even had a puff since I quit that day I've put on 50 lbs in 18 monhts! haha but my lungs are happy .... at least finally on the losing swing - no regrets :) You can do it! i found even htough I was exersising I wasn't losing, once i changed my diet two weeks ago…

maybe try working out earlier in the morning? I work out at 530 am, and am STARVED by 830 ... but if I dont' work out early, I am not hungry til later in the morning

I'm 30 - no kids, have no idea how much I weigh (stopped weiging myself 18 months ago to improve my daily quality of life) I need to lose 15-20 lbs (or at least 5 pant sizes) Also 5"2 :)

I quit smoking last year after a pack a day for 17 years. I put on 30 lbs. in a hurry, saw a natropath, personal trainer, doctor, all told me it was normal. I have't been able to lose a lb of it yet. but still glad I quit.

Quitting smoking does make you gain weight, maybe not everyone, but there are different factors other than food intake that attribute to weight gain post-smoking. I just made a cold quinoi salad yesterday - h ubby had it at a restaurant the other day ... Quinoi cook as regular, refridgerage so it chills Add Cucumber & Tomato (Tiny dices) 1/2 cup freshly cut parsley Mix and eat! So good ... SOOO DARN GOOD! and so fresh tasting and smelling cuz of the cukes!
