  • Your body is probably trying to figure out what is going on. Make sure you get enough calories. Drink LOTS of water. Go outside and take a fresh walk and think about what you have accomplished so far. If you are loosing inches than that is wonderful! Stick with it and it will come off.
  • I would figure out what your deficit is supposed to be over a week and try to meet it that way. It does matter if that is not met on a weekly basis. This will allow you to have some days where you may have higher net calories and some lower net calories.
  • You can make Vodka tonic's with diet tonic and fresh squeezed lime. Once you've had your first drink you can put more soda water and tonic as the night goes and you will save tons of calories. And...:sick: no hangovers!
