Today i had half a bagel toasted, srambeled egg whites, red pepper , tomarto and jalapenos! Amazing will repeat tomorrow!

i burn about 900 cal an hour according to my game on xbox but i am about 230 lbs! Plus i do it on the 'hard' level! Hope this helps, If you know anyone with zumba on kinetic it will tell you your calories!

I have a stand by stir fry recipe,marinade pork/beef or tofu in soy sauce, garlic, ginger ( both frozen and chopped) and a pinch of 5 spice and a drop of honey. Leave in fridge while at work then stir fry with pre cooked noodles and some stir fry veg and add some oyster sauce if you like - Easy dinner and amazing .a

I have bought the book now an highly recommend it! we are having the Spanish chicken tonight, all in one pan - perfect! I've had the jambalaya a couple of times now which is lovely, although you need quick cook rice - learn't this that hard (rice) way!

I had some low calorie wine last week and i have to say not too bad, If I'd had been give it and not known it was low cal i wouldn't have questioned it! plus it was only £3 a bottle! If I'm out now i have either wine and then a fizzy water or i drink spirits!

I made carrot and red lentil, just cooked them in stock with cumin and chilli flakes splash of skimmed milk and blend its about 200 cal a serving!

The chicken should be marinaded in greek yogurt and a curry paste over night and cooked with a squeeze of lemon over it! The salad i use is very thin slices of cabbage in lemon juice and a little oil and vinegar with some mixed herbs, i also add thin slices of onion but i suppose it depend what you like.
