  • I had already started eating the box when I realized this issue, but I will try weighing the box. I'm hoping to move to weighing the servings, which is why I was trying to use the scale this morning and ran into this issue.
  • I haven't yet since it is a new scale but it's a great idea, thanks! Hopefully I can return if I find it's horribly inaccurate.
  • To note, I'm not eating the crunch version so the clusters aren't my current issue! Luckily.
  • This help article it seems already covers your issue: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/help/faq/360-how-exactly-is-my-fitbit-calorie-adjustment-calculated
  • I've done a few cosplaying groups (FFX, Skies of Arcadia) and one FFX-2 on my own. I think these were done at Sugoi-con and I can't remember the one where I did the FFX-2 costume. I've done random ones for Halloween. I've been to Comic-Con but haven't cosplayed at it...yet.…

  • I'm not as gifted in that department but for rubbing issues, I now always wear mine under the band of my sports bra instead of above it. Seems to give me similar readings without the discomfort and the band helps hold it right where I want it.
  • I've used both Chalean Extreme and P90X in the past with good results. P90X has way more pull ups in it than Chalean though if I'm remembering correctly. But you can always just do exercises that work the same muscles and keep trying. Not really sure you need to have a program. Best of luck!
  • If you go into your Exercise tab, there's a line that says Fitbit calorie adjustment. You can click on the little "i" next to it to see more information about how it calcs the adjustment. PS: You need to use what works for you! If your current method is working, with 18 lbs lost, I would say it is. Then keep on doing what…

  • I wear both during cardio workouts and if I enter the proper starting time and length for the cardio workout (using HRM data), then it overrides the Fitbit data for that time period. If this is not occuring for you, then you can either manually adjust for it or change your MFP settings to not show any increase/decreases…

  • It has some similar qualities to Turbofire, so you'll proably like it a lot!

  • Rule #1: Measurements. Weight alone will not tell you the total story. Another way to tell is getting your BMI done (assuming you believe in that measure as well). You may be gaining muscle as you're loosing fat so these are really the best ways to tell. As far as calories burnt, everyone is different. I use a HRM and I…
  • It seems like you had a solution in your post, replace the battery in your pedometer and get an HRM. I use both a Fitbit and an HRM during my workouts. Though I use the calories from the HRM instead of the Fitbit since I don't feel they're as accurate. The community here is way more active than the Fitbit community, in my…
  • I'm switching from Insanity to T25 today on advice from my doctor. Though I'm going to jump right into day 3 of T25 since I've done the first two days this week of Insanity.

  • I've had insomnia for years (like 20) and been through 3 different meds. First, if this is a new or longer term reoccurring problem or one that is getting worse, see your doctor. Second, you should make sure to eat at least two hours before bed so you don't feel too full/uncomfortable lying down. Also, no caffeine after…
  • Not sure if this has been mentioned buy try unconventional sources. If you have a 99 cent store near you, they usually carry a good selection of veggies and fruits. If you have space and with a little effort, grow your own. Tomatoes, string beans and others can be grown in pots on your porch/balcony.
  • You can add me. I'm 5'1" and just under 140 right now.
  • I ordered yesterday morning. Gotta finish Insanity first but looking forward to mixing it up a bit.

  • My name is Stacie and I'm 30. Working on my master's degree so I've done some Beachbody programs before, but only during the summer. I'm hoping to get back in shape and learn to eat right again. I'm just about to finish week 4. Cannot wait to have a 'rest' week and then power through month 2.
  • My first two weeks I only lost a few inches and no pounds. I am now approaching the end of week four. I weigh in once a week, only on the morning after my rest day (to try and counteract the water rention of my muscles). Don't get discouraged while your body is adjusting. Make sure you're using the food guide/meal plans. I…
  • If you follow the meal plan, you don't really need it since Shakeology acts more like a meal replacement. I used it with P90X and I'm almost through month one of Insanity without using it. But by following the meal plan as close as possible, I'm seeing fine results. If you have a time crunch and/or issues following the…
