  • Thanks, Joe! You know, sticking to OMAD made maintenance easy; I practically had to work at gaining weight. (But work at it I did!) Without some minimal intermittent fasting, I could have regained everything in the last year and a half. I'm glad it was only ten pounds, and it feels good to be back. Hope you're well, also.
