I find it hard to say no to my favorite holiday foods. But it’s January and the cookies and cakes are all gone, so staying on track will be easier. I did OMAD yesterday and plan to do so through Saturday, when we have a houseguest coming so will have to be more flexible. But for me, just four days of OMAD a week keeps my…

Good job, @jadepearl! You’ve had steady losses.
-
I hope you got back on track, @jadepearl! As you say, one must try again.
-
Under 60 kg! Good job.

@jadepearl, like many during 2020-21, I ate poorly and more than I should have. I gained 12 pounds and spent my days in sweats! Of course, for much of 2020, there wasn’t anywhere to go, but I was still kicking myself. Since then, slowly, I’ve lost 8 of my pandemic pounds with intermittent fasting. Four pounds to go. It…

@jadepearl, it’s been quiet in here for many months, really beginning with the pandemic. I check in now and again to see if anyone is active. It was great to see your posts!
-
Hi, @jadepearl! Looks as if you're doing well with your restart.
-
Excellent activity stats!

How is it going, Tracey? I’m about ready to back to some serious OMADing myself. I’ve kept to a five or six hour eating window for the past couple of years, which has kept my weight relatively stable, but there’s nothing like OMAD for weight loss.

It’s great to have you back, Brenda! This group has been quiet for some time…no surprise, what with the pandemic and all. I’ve missed checking in with everyone.
-
I’m so sorry about your split with Ced. I hope the days are getting easier for you. And as @Brendalea69 says, you will soon be back in maintenance range. You have incredible grit and determination. Take care of yourself!

I like teas when fasting, too. (I love coffee, but I take it with half and half or cream. Plain tea is much more palatable to me than black coffee.) Sounds like you’re doing very well!
-
Good job, @ForLangston. The first couple of days can be a difficult adjustment for some, but you seem to be doing great. I was never a breakfast eater, so I only had to get myself through to dinner, which was my “one meal” of choice.

Rooting for you, Tracey!

Oh, good to hear!

@mistymeadows2005, I'm sorry if I'm raising a sad topic, but I must have missed something. Did you lose Bubs?
-
Great news, @jadepearl!

Good job, @jadepearl! I am always grateful for even a pound loss in a month (I figure it's better than a pound gain in a month). You're doing great.
-
@jadepearl, I'm doing well; thank you for asking. The pandemic year was surely not easy (on anyone) and, like many others, I ate too much. I didn't gain the Pandemic 15 pounds but rather a Pandemic 5. I'm slowly whittling away at it, however. Hope you are doing well on your next mini-goal.
-
Hope you're doing well, Tracey. I've been trying to keep up the exercise, too, although it can be tough in the summer heat!
-
Hi, @jadepearl. I haven't posted in a long while, but I still check in to see how others are doing. I read the article above -- how terrible! And, I get the family pressures. But good for you for keeping up the good fight.
-
So sorry to hear this,@jadepearl.
-
Happy New Year, Tracey. May the new year be better than the last one for all of us.
