New Year - New Me Goal Reaching in 2021

I am creating this new thread on the last day of 2020. This year has been really tough and I have found myself having gained 30+ pounds. I could blame it on the crappy year, but I am not. I am going to own what I did and on this last day of 2020, say goodbye to the excuses, compromises, failures, and the like and get myself in gear. My goal to reach is 155 pounds. I did not weigh myself today but will weigh tomorrow and begin the new year with a new mindset. I did it before and I can do it again.
Goodbye 2020 and welcome 2021, you are going to be a great year.

This is my intermittent Fasting Schedule. I have been through I don't know how many different plans and schedules, but I think this schedule is doable and fits my lifestyle. Here it is, I am putting it out here for accountability. Diligence is key.

Happy New Year, Tracey. May the new year be better than the last one for all of us.0

I forgot to weigh in this morning hopefully I will remember in the morning. I know it is going to be a dreadful number but it is what it is and I am up to the challenge of chipping it down one pound at a time.
Happy New Year to all🎉🎊0 -

Hello OMAD Fam,
I am back to full OMAD/OPAD. I did a 2-hour eating window today from 1 pm - 3 pm since I am coming off my 3-day fast, I had my chocolate kale shake at 1 pm to wake my system up without loads of food, and I had my meal at 2:30 and was done by 3 pm. My sister-in-law (husband's oldest sister) cooked the meal. BBQ ribs, broccoli, green beans, potato salad, and cornbread.
