Yeah if you eat carbs after fasting them your body will suck them up and store them as fat. Just eat normal, minimize carbs, and exercise. You can buy into all the supplements and diet plans you want but in the end it comes down to whether you have a healthy lifestyle or not.

Don't buy protein from Walmart. If you look at the label and the main ingredient is "whey concentrate" don't buy it. Youre looking for isolate or even better hydrolyzed.

God yall are naming some nasty stuff. If you want taste go for Bsn syntha6. I use bnrg proto whey it has a clean taste and is hydrolyzed for optimum absorption. Chocolate in both of course

Just depends on your goal. You may lose muscle along with that fat if your diet isn't in check. But if you just wanna be skinny and you enjoy running go for it! I hardly ever run just lift weights faster lol.

Yeah don't worry about getting bulky it's not in your genetics! You can lift all you want. Squatting burns more calories per rep than any other exercise!

if you want to gain weight eat more clean food, you can minimize fat and also create a calorie surplus. make sure you get 1g of protein per pound of body weight AT LEAST. and around 2g of complex carbs per lb of body weight and of course your veggies provide nutrients and you can eat as much of those as you want.
