Honestly i just use MFP to calculate my food for the week and eat the same thing so i know what I'm eating and it frees up my time

Do you feel obese? Don't let other standards define who you are. The point is to feel good about yourself and if you want to lose more weight keep going!

what is your body fat %

bump it up to 3000 and balance your meals to include carbs, protein, and veggies

If i were you i would try a program like 5x5 stronglifts to gain some strength. it ends up being 3x a week but you squat every time, which is the most important exercise for someone adding mass and gaining strength. I've had incredible results from this program but don't neglect you conditioning. Post your weight, age,…

Of course if you're calorie deficit you're gonna lose weight but it works better when you increase your metabolism. I'm not saying it's impossible to lose weight only eating once a day - I'm saying it's not ideal because your body soaks up everything it can to store it because it doesn't know when the next meal will be.…

I eat 3400 calories a day
-
Yeah, it does. Do you need some peer reviewed research
-
Fitmencook.com you can adjust the ratios for your goals

Frequent feedings are more ideal when losing weight because they increase your metabolism

You have so many more options if you buy some protein in a jug and look up recipes. I recommend BSN syntha-6 but if you really don't want to make anything i would use core power protein in chocolate

It's correct to say that 454g of carbs is 1816 calories, however a vegetable does not contain 1g of carb per 1g of material. For example: 91g of broccoli (or 1 cup) contains 6g of carbohydrates and a lot of water weight... in other words you would need 75 cups of broccoli to equal ~454g of carbs. Putting you over your…

Sounds a little ridiculous to me. 450g of spinach is more like 100 calories..

Yay science! You can research and apply the Mifflin-St Jeor equation in order to calculate the calories required for maintaining your current body weight. [ 10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) - 5 x age (y) - 161 ] I science too :)

Supplements like thermogenics make up about 3-4% of your regimen. In other words they are just enough you give you a little bit of edge when losing fat the other 96-97% is diet and exercise. Hope that puts things into perspective!

You have to stop and think a minute.. where would you be if you did nothing at all? only when you love yourself and realize how far you've come will you gain self confidence. sometimes we get caught up in the daily grind that its hard to see the big picture. you have to take time to reflect on your accomplishments and…

oh i forgot to add its hard to have convenience and health. if you want to be healthy it has to be a priority so you might have to lose 20 mins of sleep for preparation.

omg you are beast. what was the question again and why are you asking us lmao

lets see a picture i think its probably just in your head

Eating more whole food will speed up metabolism because of the energy required to digest it. Protein powder is convenient and fast but overall i wouldn't consume more than a couple of scoops a day and try to focus mostly on whole food protein.
-
Whole food protein will keep you full longer if you have a caloric deficit goal. If you're looking to supplement go with isolate or hydrolyzed and avoid concentrate.
-
What I do is figure out my maintenance calories, drop below that about 400 to start, do 1g per lb body weight protein, 30% fat, and fill the rest of the calories with carbs. It works for me but everyone is different
-
I'm just picking but I don't see how you guys do it! You need to eat about 1g protein per lb body weight. And most of it should come from whole food to keep you full longer.
-
Only thing is people that make protein powder get energy to make it by eating meat so basically your supporting meat eating
-
That makes me feel better. What about less than 132
-
its because you see yourself everyday several times a day so the changes aren't as noticeable to you
