Learn to accept yourself and move on. I'm betting that this only looks weird to you. Worry about more important things.0

There aren't any muscles is your ankles

I actually heard on a podcast recently that the thinner the ankles, the faster you have the ability to run!
There's always something to smile about.0 -

Well is it possible to make the Achilles tendon bigger?

not to any degree that would be visually noticeable.0

Not sure about muscle, but you can pray for bad circulation. That will give them a fuller look.0

Could try spraining your ankles every week to give you that swollen cankle look.0

lets see a picture i think its probably just in your head0

You might triy eating foods with high uric acid levels. I know my ankles swell up nicely every time I get an attack of Gout.0

I'm pretty sure you can't change tendons...nor should you want to. This seems a bit...unhealthy, as a train of thought.0 -
Small joints and big muscles are what you're shooting for.

I have the same problem. Not much can be done other than curse the genetics inherited from mom. Its kind of weird since my wrists are thicker than average.0

There are only exercise to strength ankles like calf, slow running and other exercises for legs.

I can't believe no one has suggested implants. I'm sure some skeezy "cosmetic surgeon" somewhere would be willing perform surgery.0

Here's what worked for me, but you really should only do it one side at a time, and it's only a temporary fix:
Break your ankle. That sucker will be so much bigger.
The down side? You'll probably have to cover your newly proportional joint area with a cast or oh-so-stylish boot.
This isn't a serious thread, is it?0 -

Do you remember the episode of "True Life" on MTV where the dude got calf implants?!0
