Learn to accept yourself and move on. I'm betting that this only looks weird to you. Worry about more important things.0

There aren't any muscles is your ankles

I actually heard on a podcast recently that the thinner the ankles, the faster you have the ability to run!
There's always something to smile about.0 -

Well is it possible to make the Achilles tendon bigger?

not to any degree that would be visually noticeable.0

Not sure about muscle, but you can pray for bad circulation. That will give them a fuller look.0

Could try spraining your ankles every week to give you that swollen cankle look.0

lets see a picture i think its probably just in your head0

You might triy eating foods with high uric acid levels. I know my ankles swell up nicely every time I get an attack of Gout.0

I'm pretty sure you can't change tendons...nor should you want to. This seems a bit...unhealthy, as a train of thought.0 -
Small joints and big muscles are what you're shooting for.
Am I the only one thinking troll?0 -
I have the same problem. Not much can be done other than curse the genetics inherited from mom. Its kind of weird since my wrists are thicker than average.0

There are only exercise to strength ankles like calf, slow running and other exercises for legs.

I can't believe no one has suggested implants. I'm sure some skeezy "cosmetic surgeon" somewhere would be willing perform surgery.0

Here's what worked for me, but you really should only do it one side at a time, and it's only a temporary fix:
Break your ankle. That sucker will be so much bigger.
The down side? You'll probably have to cover your newly proportional joint area with a cast or oh-so-stylish boot.
This isn't a serious thread, is it?0 -

I was just about to post this!
I never remembered the name of that show but it was the ONLY episode of it I ever saw. And the dude with calf implants has stuck with me for like 10 years now...

Not sure if I want "in" this topic , but if OP is wanting more volume in the lower calf, perhaps trying some bent knee exercises, instead of straight leg, and also doing eccentric heel drops (both bent and straight). I'm doing these for achilles/calf problem recovery and the bent knee definitely affects different muscles in the lower leg than straight leg exercises. The eccentric heel drops helps to "strengthen" the achilles (not exactly the right terminology I don't think, since you can't "strengthen" a tendon...but let's just say it helps "condition" the achilles). so somewhere in there might be some exercises to help build volume in the lower leg so that a nice round calf doesn't just end abruptly into a toothpick ankle, but instead, to taper nicely down to the foot. but, i'm no expert.
edit: ^^do exercises with weight like any other exercise, adding weight as you go, either as weights in a backpack or using the standing calf raise machine at the gym with correct weight load and settings0 -
Only thing I can think of is the scene in that Stephen King book made into a movie. The part where the crazy lady give James Caan an ankle adjustment

Fly everywhere instead of driving. Might just be an age thing but I've developed some attractive swelling, of my ridiculously skinny ankles, after flights in the last few years0
