Try kicking over a bees hive or wasp nest with bare feet. If you are alergic to bee stings, even better.0

I managed to sit in one as a small kid at a friend's house. They didn't start biting me until I noticed they were there and I freaked out (they were up to my face at that point). They ended up throwing me in the shower and I looked like I had the chicken pox. It was pretty awful.0 -

My ankles and feet grew in size and strength after doing ballet training. There are ballet exercises that strengthen your ankles significantly over time.0
