Me too.... I was on this site for a year and I fell off the wagon over xmas. But like you, here i am again. Please add me as a friend or anyone else in the same predicament as I am struggling at the moment to stay on track.

I did the Atkins some years back and although I did lose some weight I never felt it was healthy. I wouldn't recommend it but if you want to give it a go, why not?

I've just started week 5 and am really pleased with my progress so far. I would recommend giving it a go. Get some upbeat music to listen to while you're jogging - it makes all the difference!

Spanish (as I have been living in Madrid for many years!) and a bit of French and Italian.

I would have a couple days' rest and take it down a notch and see if that has an impact. If not I would talk to someone at the gym or go see a doctor.

I weigh myself 3 times a day. I must confess that once I start dieting, I am incapable of weighing myself once a week! LOL

I would bite the bullet and weigh myself. I joined a gym last october and unbeknown to me part of my induction was that I had to be weighed. If I had known previously about that bit I would never have gone. Anyway, I won't pretend it was good news but if the truth be told I was expecting to weigh a lot more. Thinking back…
