I can't have chips/crisps, sweet junk food, or things like pizza rolls in the house. I binge them baaaaaad.

Feel free to add me. :)

Easy chicken parm (assuming you're okay with vegetarian and not just vegan) - Morningstar Chick patties - Favorite pasta sauce - Spaghetti noodles - Parmesan cheese Cook pasta as normal, pop the "chick" patties in the oven with the parmesan cheese on top and cook according to the time on the Morningstar package. Pair with…

In this thread, or on the board? The week 1 weigh in thread is closed. Edit: Nevermind. I'm blind. :D

If there's still room, I'm throwing my weight (Eh? Ehhhh?) in with House Stark.

PCOS here, too! Calorie counting is definitely the way to go - calories in/calories out isn't hard to figure out, and when you log routinely, it's an easy habit to take up. There are a few communities here on MFP for us, and the support from the forums as a whole is pretty great. Good luck on your journey, and feel free to…

I just made a pretty awesome chili? - Two bags of Morningstar Farms meatless crumbles - One onion - One cup diced tomatoes - Three cups corn - One cup diced bell peppers - Season to taste (For me, it's salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. If I have it, I'll also add onion and garlic powder.) I just let it all heat…

My doc recently put me on Spironolactone. It's decreased the speed at which I regrow stubble, and I've noticed growth on the top of my head, as well. :3

Update: I've started cooking for the roomie, and she's in turn cut out a lot of eating out. Win-win! I've gotten better about standing up for my personal needs, and I'm down 21 pounds so far. Thanks again, everyone. I really do appreciate the feedback!

I'd argue that even when I'm buying things like Morningstar, I'm still coming out cheaper than when I bought a lot of meat. Beef is stupidly expensive, and the leaner meats aren't much better.

-raises hand- Flexatarian, if that counts. Most of my meals are plant-based, but I allow meat when, say, out at a restaurant or on the odd occasion the bosses buy for our clinic. I'd love more plant-based/whole grain eaters in my support group. <3

Train to Busan was my last one. I'm generally more of a slow-burn horror type, but I do enjoy a good zombie flick.

It really does get better if you're doing something you want to do. For me, it's DDR and a bike that I prefer, but I have to make myself do some strength training.

My worst experience was Yaz. I don't normally have cramps, and when I do, they're not much worse than a little discomfort. While I was on Yaz, I had cramps with every period, and they were bad enough to bring me to my knees. Now, I'm on Blisovi. My periods are fairly light, and I'm back to the very rare, light cramping…

Anyone want to add a flexatarian/semi-vegetarian? /duck

My boyfriend's not far off from you - he struggles to stay above 115 (his lowest point was 109). He's found some luck with strength training and eating his carbs and lean proteins. Good luck!

Eating a granola bar.

Red bell peppers Spinach Sweet potatoes Corn Chickpeas Black beans Tomatoes Apples Granted, most of that came from the corn chowder I'm having for dinner. :P

Feel free to add me! I'm 20 pounds in on my 100 pound goal.

I'm always on the hunt for more support. Added!

I think weight loss shakes in long-term use is stupid. :x I've got a co-worker that really pushes the "Herbalife lifestyle", and it's hard not to roll my eyes every day. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but it also doesn't teach portion control. Also, their "tea" tastes like rancid Kool-Aid. /duck

Good luck! We'll all be rooting for you!

I'm super-late in replying to this, but I've had a good amount of luck in cutting out a lot of animal protein. I say "a lot" and not "all", because I like beef too much to give it up for good. However, making most of my meals plant-based, and switching to whole grains over enriched products, I've lost about twenty pounds…

I really enjoy the Birdseye protein blends. They're just veggies, grains, and a little sauce, but they're pretty great.

Fresh taiyaki, with cookie butter filling. <3 Having some late night sugar cravings.

Durian. King of fruits, my butt.

Zevia is probably my favorite brand of no-calorie sodas. They take some getting used to, as far as the taste goes. I'm a huge fan of their strawberry soda, but I'll also still fall back on Diet Coke - it was my caffeine crutch for years, and it's always hard cutting it completely from my diet.
-
Beans. I used to get nauseated at just the smell of them. Now, bean burgers are one of my favorite things.
-
That's a great idea - and I feel like I should have thought of it earlier. :D Thanks!

I could definitely use more friends on here!
