Another day, another shred! Can't believe we're on day 16 already! So that's L2D6 done for me

L2D5 done :-)

Day 14, L2D4 done! Well I can only use one of my arms (see post above) so I had to be inventive, and guess my arms are going to end up a bit lopsided, but am not going to sit on backside for the next few weeks, and given I'm not allowed to run, I need to find something to burn off the calories!

thanks, good idea! it turns out that I've actually hurt my wrist - not because of 30DS but because a tripped over earlier this week and landed on my hands - didn't think anything of it at the time! Left hand is now in a splint, so I'm going to have to do a modified 30DS from now on - weights in one arm and on my elbows for…

Day 13 - L2D3. My left wrist is killing me! Changed last plank for punches so still got my cardio. Have taped it up and hope it gets better! Forgot to say yesterday - Happy Birthday Mel!

D12 today! L2D2. Not sore except for my wrists! All those planks and press ups are taking their toll. Have to say that I prefer L2 though

L1D10 done, L2D1 done! I'm liking level 2, although can't do the straight leg lifts on my back for anything!!
-
Hi! L1D9 done - looking forward to Level 2 on Thurs, getting a tad bored now! Another 2lb gone, so that's 4lb since starting, and finally back down to my start weight when I joind MFP last year! Off to cycle to work now :-)
-
L1D8 done! One week in. SInce starting I've lost 2lb, lost 1 inch off waist and 2.5 inches off hips :-)

Couldn't work out where the thread had gone so am a bit late posting! Have done L1D6&D7. Also went running yesterday, although really feeling it in my hamstrings so need to stretch more after 30DS! I'm also struggling with lunges - I have weak ankles, and it means I'm v unstable esp with weights in my hands, and it's…

L1D4&D5 done! Actually managed all the push ups today - and three of them were proper ones!! So impressed with everyone's efforts!
-
D3L1 done. Is already getting so much easier! I was using 1kg weights, but now started using 2kg except for lifting over my head, which is definitely my weakest move!! Went for a 30 min run last night as well, and have already lost 2lb this week = one happy girl!

Day 2 level 1 done - wow my pecs are sore!
-
Oh my - I thought I was pretty fit, but clearly I have no upper body strength! I was very good and got up and did it before work through  Height: 5'7" Weight: 165lb Neck: 13.2" Waist: 36" Hips: 42.5" I'm also running a couple of times a week and cycling to work four days a week, so lets see what happens!

I'm in too! 4 weeks til my next half marathon, so timing works nicely! Just sorting out the living room so I can get straight out of bed and do it before work tomorrow! Any suggestions on how to log it in exercise. Couldn't find it when I searched... Good luck everyone! Debbie

You will definitely be able to do it! I did my first two years ago and it seemed so big at the time. Just done my fourth and found it so much easier! Mix up your training - do some hills and some intervals (short fast runs with slow jogging in between). There's some good training plans online - try Runners World.
-
There's a steep hill in the nearby park which I could go up and down a lot, but otherwise it's pretty flat around here!! Will need to get on the train to somewhere a bit more hilly!
-
I'm pretty rubbish at all three as well - but still doing way more than I ever thought I was capable of! When I started three years I couldn't do front crawl, never ridden clipped in and couldn't run more than 5 k - it's amazing how your perceptions change! Most worried about the bike at the moment, I am rubbish at hills…

Hi! I've done 7 sprints over the last two years, but have decided to go for half ironman this year!! Lots of training to do, and expect to be nearer the back too, but excited about seeing what I'm capable of :-) Debbie
