I usually run 50 or so miles a week. Some 60.

My running partner did this and she had to quit running!! She was so weak and tired all the time. Dont do it! I lost by cutting out the junk and eating more veggies. Drink more water and add some resistance training. Shock your body with workouts and real healthy eating not a fad diet you'll hate.

Increase mileage first maintaining pace or even slowing a little. Then work on speed. How many miles are you running and how often?I jumped from 20-30 one week then down to 25 and up to 35....etc. now I run Avg. 55 miles a week. I signed up for a race and planned out my weeks....OCD 'd about it... lol

I can run 10 miles or more on an empty stomach. I started slow..ran 3 empty and worked my way up. If you eat enough carbs the day before you shouldn't need much during a run under 10 miles. I recommend a running magazine. Runners World has a ton of tips. :)

I have an under $50.00 Hamilton Beach blender from Wal -Mart...it has an optional spout to put your glass under. I have used it for fruit smoothies and protein shakes. Doesnt work fast for ice but it does its job. Its for right handed people though...control 's on the right. :(

I jumped from 30-40 miles in one week and now up to 50+. No problem...if you do jump you can go the raised mileage for a couple weeks then lower it a bit for a rest then go back up. If you are fueling and resting enough you should be ok just listen to your body. I was in a motorcycle accident and needed to take 4 full…

I used to just get vanilla or chocolate. But found the cookies and cream Body Fortress tastes better. It gets sticky so I mix 1 scoop with 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup water for after a workout. What they all said is great! I did have a half in the rain and was glad to have a hat. I brought 2 GU no water and jelly beans that got sticky and wet and I almost choked on one! I lke the GU...had one at mile 7 and didnt need the other one A couple of my races started at 11 so it was tricky...I brought pb on a sandwich…
