I'm a married (for 10 years) mom of 2..I do the cooking for the kids and I..only because..he usually has a shake for dinner...or if he's off the for day..he will cook for everyone..he's Korean so he treats us to a homemade Korean meal. But most of the week..I do all the cooking....

thanks. I do low carb too so most of those would be off limits..but I could add some of those. if i added cheese and meats to my eggs and salad..i should be ok..

cauliflower. I have found many ways to use it..pizza crust..mashed "potatoes"..fried "rice". I love it. just wish it was cheaper this time of year..small bunch for lots of money..but it's something I've been really into lately.

i have a non stick skillet so yes..i don't put oil or butter to cook anything..or I use a 0 calorie spray thing.... and i cook the bacon first so i use the bacon grease to cook the egg..haha...
