I also drink a gallon of water daily,I also workout 6x a week(Hip Hop Abs) and resistance train 5 days/week- I burn over 1,000 cals. per workout and my BMR is 1,144 cals/day,AND I have an underactive thyroid!! Confused!!:huh:
