I just finished week one, I was wondering the same thing before and I posted a question on here. Alot people that have done the C25K responded and most suggested to follow the program and not skip ahead. So I am doing like the other poster on here said, I am doing different execises on my "off" days from the c25k program.…

I suggest the Polar as well. I have a F4 which is a little cheaper than the others suggested but it has a chest strap. Make sure to get an accurate amount of calories burned you buy one with the chest strap. You may find a good one on Amazon or a site like that. I dont know where you live but I bought mine at Sears.

This sounds crazy but just get started slowy. I HATE exercise too, but the more I do it, the more it comes natural. Also if you can find someone to workout with and hold you accountable for showing up exercising will be easier.

Good luck with your goals!!

I agree with the above posters. I also tried the phentermine (Adipex) and I lost weight but as soon as I stopped taking it the weight came back with a few more pounds! If you feel you really need some extra energy try B12 vitamins or something like that before you used the "enhancers". Good luck with your goals!

Like a previous poster abover said...just start with your calories and then ease into exercising....I also HATE to exercise but am slowly learning to like it. Good luck with your goals!

I'm wondering what answers you will get as well! I am addicted to diet pepsi and I have really been trying to get at least 8 cups of water a day. (I used to go days without touching a glass of water) But I have found as well, the more I drink the more I "need", even waking up in the middle of the night dying for something…

Welcome!! This is my year as well!!!! :drinker: Feel friend to add me as a friend if you would like! Good luck with your goals!

Congrats on quitting!! October was a year for me and I am so happy! However I gained 32 pounds since quitting so I know exactly how you feel. DumDum suckers help alot, you have the hand to mouth motion (like a cig.) Try chewing gum too, it helps. There are soo many new flavors...try the "extra" brand dessert line like…
