When I was single - definitely!!! Some guys are really shy and clueless and wouldn't know unless you let them know. Now remember this is just for the initial act of letting them know how you feel. If you do and they're still not really paying any attention to you then definitely bail ship and don't waste your time!!!

Three main meals plus morning and afternoon tea. If I want dessert that night and I still have calories left I will have it. We sometimes cook large meals to last us a few days (love it when we do this as I don't have to worry about rushing around trying to prepare things for work lunch) but other times we cook dinner…

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and resume. Plus I agree with those who said that cheat days are neccessary. I'm not saying eat chocolate and ice cream for each meal but allow yourself a treat every now and again and it makes it so much easier!!!

The game has finally been released here in Australia and I'm patiently downloading it. Only sad thing is by the time it finally downloads I'd have to go get ready to head to work :ohwell: (having breakfast early with some coworkers) Can't wait to get back home to play (will definitely be a very, very late night tonight!!!)

I don't follow anything in particular. I might go periods without sugar or for lent cut out meat but that's it. I try to keep myself under my set calories and if I know I'll go over by a lot then I work out as twice as much.

Will post my start pic as soon as the NYNY challenge finishes in just under 2 weeks
