  • I'm in QLD - been running for just over a year and just completed my first half marathon a few weeks ago. I'll admit I'm not particularly fast but I love doing it :)
  • I sweat like anything so they have to come off - luckily I do most of my exercise before work (at the gym in work) so I just change and shower immediately after.

  • For this week's challenge I think I'll take up Body Balance. I normally go for the more physical classes (RPM, pump, zumba etc) so I thought that it might be cool to try something that I'd normally wouldn't do :)
