Last night I had a bite from my husband's burger then realised 'oh yeah - cheese'. Today so far so good but we're having afternoon tea in a bit and there's a cake platter (is that bad seeing as I'm not doing added sugars?) My second day having a green smoothie and loving it!!

Yay!! Good on you ladies!! Monday - so proud of myself - stuck to the no added sugar (nearly messed up by almost forgetting and buying a can of coke), also did no dairy (despite the huuuuge cheese platter at morning tea in work) Tuesday - so far so good with the no added sugar and no dairy. This week I'd like to have at least 3 green smoothies and cut back on artificial/added sugar from my diet. I'm going to avoid dairy as well (I'm lactose intolerent but find myself still having dairy and then suffering). I know the no dairy part will suck the most since it seems to be in almost everything I eat!!!

Any ideas for a challenge for this week? Is anyone up for a food challenge? Maybe cut back/off on a certain something that we know we shouldn't be eating?

Thanks for all the yummy sounding ideas!! Will definitely try a few out!! Did the idea with the pasta sauce for dinner last night, threw in some lactose free cheese and it was heavenly!!

Monday - 50 Tuesday - 25 Wednesday - 130 Thursday - 50 Friday - 349 (only because of that crazy run squad session I had!!!!) 604 total! Will continue to do 50 every day until the end of the week

Probably I shouldn't add this to the great workout thread more like 'I had a crazy workout'. Went to the gym expecting Run Squad where we usually just do running on campus. Today he kept us indoors for part of the session. We had to do squats....a whole lot of squats - first 1 squat in 30 seconds then 2 squats in 30…

I admit I haven't been playing sims the past couple of months (ever since my first few goes of University). What I've discovered and absolutely loving now is Sims Freeplay!!!!!!

Did my 50 as well....unassisted but thinking that I'll do 50 Squat and press with hand weights tomorrow. Glad to see so many of you joining in and getting your squats on!!

I've been yo-yoing quite a bit with my weight for the past 4 weeks because I've been quite slack with my food. Trying to get back on track now. Current weight as at today is 142.8lbs

We can all definitely do this!! Whenever I think of giving up (and I did thinks this about 2 days in) just think of the end results in just 30 days - it's absolutely amazing!!!!
