  • Love the sound of this!! Missed yesterday so today will be Level 1 Day 3 for me. How are you guys going? Those who have done it before, do you think you're finding it easier? When I did it in February I remember being all hot and sweaty after each session (even with the fan on) but this time around I'm not sweating as much…
  • Thanks!! Will definitely check out those brands!!
  • Took my starting measurements and weights (haven't done my start pic as yet but will tomorrow) and completed Level 1 Day 1. Used my HRM this time around and found that I burnt only 154 calories during the 27 mins (last time I did it I used a generic calories burnt amount for program which said 223). Bring on Level 1 Day 2!!
  • I'm with you with the Chobani yoghurt - love that stuff!! After hearing a lot about it on MFP from the Americans I was able to track down that Almond Breeze milk in Coles (I had the unsweetened version when I was doing a no sugar version and just recently I bought it in chocolate milk - can't wait to try it) Another great…
  • Back from holidays and I definitely need to do this, I've been extra, extra slack with my eating but have gotten in a couple of work out sessions - though I suspect that I've gained (haven't had chance to weigh as there weren't any scales at the hotel). Eyeing my 1kg weights which I used the last time I did this program…
  • WTG!!! That's fantastic!!!
  • Lovely, can't wait for you to join us aditifoodie!!
  • Whoot whoot!!!! Can't wait to start!!!
  • SW: 138.8lbs Week 1: 139lbs Week 2: 138.8lbs Week 3: 139.5lbs Week 4: 137.7lbs Loss of 1.8lbs this week and I'm soooo happy!!! Couldn't believe when I stepped on the scale - thought it was a fluke so I pulled out the old analogue scale and it was the same....I even did my measurements and there were definitely inches…
  • That is really fantastic!! Whoot Whoot!!
  • How's everyone going? Have you been able to up the amounts of each exercise you've done? I haven't been able to do more than my first day but I'm hoping to be able to by the end of the week:smile:
  • Aww, sending a huge virtual hug your way - hope you are okay. It's great to hear such words of inspiration - often when we're down we don't care about our bodies and just scuff any and everything - we need to break this mentality!! I'm currently on holidays and I admit I've been quite relaxed with my eating - so much so…
  • I'm DDs and my favourites are Berleis - they're supposed to cut the bounce by 50%-60%. I use these bras on the days when I'm running or doing higher impact exercises: http://www.berlei.com.au/sport-bras.html
  • Decided to time my first set to get how many I can do in each minute: Squats - 30 Push ups - 30 (on knees) Lunges - 30 Sit ups - 30 Now that I know how many I can do I will just do these straight without having to keep timing
  • SW: 138.8lbs Week 1: 139lbs Week 2: 138.8lbs Week 3: 139.5lbs 0.7lbs gained. I'm hoping that it's muscle and not fat!! With the amount of exercise I've done this week I sure hope it's muscle mass increasing. Any-which-way, I think that I'm beginning to plateau and I think that I'm going to regroup and try something…
  • I also do the same thing!! My official weigh-in day is Monday morning but I can't help stepping on those scales every day. Glad to know I'm not the only one!!!
  • Back with my results. I burnt 3378 calories this week so divided by 221 - I've burnt off 15.3 slices of cheesecake!!!! Whooohooohoooo!!!
  • It's on like Donkey Kong!!! I think she meant total calories burnt at the end of the week - we use that to aid with the division. (eg. by exercising this week I should burn at least 7 slices of cheesecake off.....I surely hope!!)
  • SW: 138.8lbs Week 1: 139lbs Week 2: 138.8lbs Back to starting weight - definitely happy with that!!
  • Did well yesterday but this morning I slipped up and had a small skim chai latte - i didn't add any sugar to it but I'm sure that it's already has loads. Ah well, being extra careful for the rest of today and this week
  • Can't stand vegemite but my husband loooves it. If you give him the opportunity he'd eat it everyday on his toast!

  • I've only used one and I can tell you DO NOT buy Isowhey Plus in Banana - totally gross and you couldn't even taste the banana flavour!! Mind you, I might have a bad batch but from that one experience I swore that I was never going to get that brand again.
  • Yep, that's right
  • This is just up my alley and I need it especially after the last few days!! I'll stick my yoghurts that I was planning on having into the freezer until this challenge is over and just have fruit (natural sugar) this week (Thanks for the shout-out  )
  • SW: 138.8lbs Week 1: 139lbs Quite pleased that I only gained .2lbs - I was expecting a higher weight gain (I had a bucket load of chocolates and enjoyed quite a few heavy meals over the Easter weekend). Back on track 100% from this week - Bring it on!!!
  • Failed miserably - had two sugar eggs yesterday and a large chocolate egg today. Ah well, Easter only comes once a year, I'm enjoying it and from Monday I'll be back on track
  • Wow, I was definitely not expecting to see my name on anyone's list so I'm absolutely blushing!! Thanks guys!! Everyone did such an amazing job and it was sooo hard to select the top 3 but here goes: 1. BoboGritt 2. stephanj 3. marcelka77
  • I promise to do at least 30 mins of exercise (whether it be cardio or strength training) every day this week!
  • Okay, I guess that there are no weekly challenges happening
