Many Thanks, Got a new suit at the weekend, 46 chest (down from 52) 40 waist trousers down from 44/46 and some 16.5 in neck shirts down from 18.5 when i started on here. So as a treat I added a waistcoat :smile:

I am quite pleased but still have a long way to go to hit the ultimate goal weight of 156Lb which should be in Oct 2013. I must say that MFP is brilliant, and the support here is second to none and the KOD'ers always make me smile

Finally managed to get on a computer today and seen Bex's update on exercise which states {burned 502 calories doing 45 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Swimming, breaststroke, general"} Anyone for a breaststroke :wink:

I know what you mean regarding emergency services, also goes with the dark humour and you certainly don't want to date / dip or any other metaphore in that line of work as it get very public and awarkward although some think it comes as part of the job.
