I am a 4:30 person. I love that I have actually gotten used to it, I am not forcing myself out of bed..I am excited about it. I do workout at night also, but if I don't have the time or don't want to for whatever reason, I know that I got it out of the way in the morning and I feel great about it!

For me, eating carbs just leads to eating more carbs, depending on what it is. I could go to town on a bag of chips, but if I eat a bagel or something and eat it as a meal, then I am usually okay. I wasn't eating mine back because I didn't have a heart rate monitor that I could trust to tell me how much I burned. Now that I have one I log the calories I burned and don't always eat the calories back, but use it as a buffer. I haven't had any trouble so far. I get mine pretty wet before hand and yes, it beeps alot when I am not in the zone so I turn off the sounds when I am doing certain exercises as it gets annoying. I tuck it under my bra because I think it would be too low if I kept it underneath it.

I always exercise in the morning and right after I drink some milk. Then about an hour later I have my actual breakfast. I am looking into a blender though so that I can make protein shakes.
