I have the same monitor and when I am over my range I can feel it is too much so I slow down. I am not sure of the effects of being over your range. Sorry I can't give better advice. Hopefully this bumps it up so you can get good input!

Set some small goals and commit to getting them done. You can do this. Your motivation needs to come from within because it needs to be powerful enough to get you going. Only you know what that is. Good luck to you! Now go workout!

I go through this too, but I made the decision to not let it get me this time. When I start to fade, I really think about why I am doing it and how far I've come and then just dust myself off and start again. I don't let it get me any longer than a day. That way I don't really lose momentum, I just took a break for a day.…

I microwave mine for about 5 minutes (depends on the size) and just eat it. I don't put anything on them. I love the natural flavor.

4:30 and I do a DVD. I have mutiples that I switch off. 30 Day shred, Fat Burning Pilates, Kickboxing. I do whatever I am feeling like at the moment.

I get up at 4:30 every morning. I like knowing that I am getting it out of the way for the day. I usually work out at night too, but this way I don't have to if I find I am running out of time at night. I just remind myself, no one will do this for me but ME! Just do it!

I am 36, have lost 15 pounds already-on my way to about a 50 pounds loss! Anyone is welcome to add me. I am on every day, but I don't normally comment on posts.

Drinking alcohol, and if someone interrupts my workout I have a hard time getting back on it and completing it.

I play it separately through facebook and on my phone. I am addicted, and it makes me want to eat candy! :)

By the time I am done eating dinner, cleaning up, evening workout (1 hour) and shower, it is 7:30. I drink one cup of decaf tea and go to bed.

I weigh on Friday mornings. I use Friday or Saturday to be a little more laid back on my diet so I figure I have a full week to make up for it!

I wanted to do one in May, but I wasn't very keen on paying $45 for it. It would be different if the money was going to a cause of some kind, but it was just going to the community that the run was being held and I don't even live there.
