    i start at 4am.

    Usually up at 5am, working out by 530.
  • 4:30 and I do a DVD. I have mutiples that I switch off. 30 Day shred, Fat Burning Pilates, Kickboxing. I do whatever I am feeling like at the moment.

    Up at 6:30 workout til 7:30

    At work by 8, home by 5

    Sometimes I'll run in the evening if my morning workout was weight lifting.

    In bed by 10:30

    Rinse and repeat!

    Up at 6am and go for a run, then I do weights in the evening usually around 6pm

    My baby is my alarm clock so it varies somewhat, but generally between 5-6, working out by 6:30 at the latest.

    Up at 6:30am, weight lifting around 12:30pm on my weight lifting days and cardio days are in the evening around 6pm. I can't get my *kitten* up to workout in the morning.

    My schedule:

    -I wake up at about 8:30 daily unless I have a morning shift, in which case it's either 4:45 or 7:15 depending.
    -Eat breakfast between 9 and 9:30 - something small.
    -I have class at either 11 or 12 daily, but I usually do my homework in the mornings, thus the gap.
    -Lunch at 1-2
    -Class until 3 or 4, any errands. Snack.
    -Gym from about 4:30 or 5 to 6ish. Or work until 8, depending.
    -Supper.
    -Spend time with boyfriend, work on large projects/papers.
    -Bed between 12 and 1.

    I get up at 6:30am to shower, have breakfast and get to work for 8:00am. I generally go to the gym after work around 3:30pm or 4:00pm. Perfect time, as I'm awake, I've eaten a good lunch and everyone else is till at work. My partner and I usually have the women's section all to ourselves.

    I wake up at 430 am, and I workout anywhere between 5-8 pm.
