Well, 210.8 is a little more than three pounds gained. I'm actually surprised it wasn't worse. Goals: I wil drop to at least to 190 in six weeks. I will exercise four or more times a week. I will drink my eight glasses of water every day.

I have always had a small chest (sigh), so I don't know if I can be much help. Concentrate on pulling your shoulders back and stand like you are "willing" yourself to be taller. I hope that made sense, lol.

I am in the same boat as you. I just started on MFP and I know that my monthly will be just one of the many bumps on this journey. I usually crave dark chocolate, ice cream and french fries. I will be on the search for healthier alternatives and let you know if I find a healthy way to get sate my cravings.
