Not sure if its very odd but here is an image i really like: A lady with slight tan, wearing a casual sundress, sitting cross legged, under a shaded tree with smile, reading a book. I guess she has to be reading a book or it might look a little weird.

Have you tried eating more frequently? Keep the same amount in a day but spread it into more meals. Another thing to try is stop eating say at 7pm. Thats what I am doing.
