  • I'd personally just add it as Aerobics. I wouldn't think that it would up the calorie burn significantly enough to try to figure it out, especially considering aerobics normally has a fairly high calorie burn (depending on level). But that's just me.
  • Love it! I've got something like 35 boards (keep adding more and more, so I don't have boards with 1,000s of pins). I recommend you go and check it out! The only problem is pinning things multiple times because I forgot I pinned it in the first place. Also, as far as I can tell, you no longer need an invite to…
  • August 10th?
  • Sept 21, 2012 - 188.2 Sept 28, 2012 - 189.6 Gained 1.6 lbs, but getting into working out, and have been eating quite a bit of sodium lately, so it'll all work itself out in the end. Not discouraged, YET.
  • Feel free to add me. I try to be as supportive as I possibly can, and log on several times to day to check in.
  • I'd also like to see 25-30 by the end of the year, but don't know if it'll happen. I have family coming to visit in December (I live in northern Italy), and I know they'll want to go out to eat.
  • Also, with being busy, make healthy meals ahead of time (when you've got the time), and freeze them to eat later on (if you have room). That way you have real, healthy meals that are almost as quick as the processed meals.
  • I don't see how cutting out some of the processed foods could hurt. As far as eating the exercise calories, I know that after I work out at all, I definitely need to eat some of them back or I'm unbearable to be around, but some people don't need to eat them. I think that's more based on your preferences than anything. I…
  • Only advice I have is maybe cutting back on the processed meals. I ran the report for Sept 1 - now, and a good 75% of your food is highly processed. Try cutting back on those (believe me, I understand convenience and all that, that's why I'm where I am, weight-wise), logging everything that you eat and drink, and keeping…
  • What's your address!?!?!?! I am looking for the most effective way to lose weight without doing anything! /sarcasm/
  • Like some on here, my first goal is to simply get through it. I'd love to drop a size (I too am ON size 14, and have only have 2 pairs because I refuse to stay at this size), and get back into the several pairs of 12s I have (comfortably, I can get into the 12s if I choose not to breathe). And then eventually get into the…
  • I think I'm going to weigh in each week (on Friday), but am going to pay more attention to the body fat % and muscle mass % on the scale. Especially if the weight doesn't change or starts going up.
  • I'm in . I want to be down approximately 55-60 pounds by next June, so this will help keep me motivated and trying my hardest to get there. I'll admit that I can get extremely lazy, but if I have people who are expecting me to do something, I'll do it. All can feel free to add me.
  • I started today as well, getting it in before seeing this thread. I'm in. I need some push to make sure I stick with it.
  • Since you said that healthy didn't matter, the chocolate chip cookie recipe that's included with the sticks of butter-flavored Crisco are really good. I normally double the amount of chocolate chips it calls for, and cook them to the chewy stage (I think it's 8 minutes a batch), so they don't take very long either.
  • Feel free to add me as well. I just started this week, so I'm looking for some support, motivation, and encouragement.
  • Wow! Amazing! There's hope for my post c-section belly yet (except mine's over 4 years old, so it might take longer). Thanks for the inspiration!
  • I hate them, too, but then I remind myself of two things: (1) Just because they're thin, doesn't make them healthy, and (2) One day, that metabolism will quit on them, and I'll be the skinny one for working for it for all this time
  • 1. Home (currently living in Italy) 2. Ireland (spent one night there last year, and would like to see more) 3. New York (love it, and it's been too long since I was there last)
  • Foundation: MUFE HD, UD Naked Powder: Smashbox Halo Bronzer: Nars Laguna or Body Shop Bead Things (a lot of people hate them, but they work well for me) Blush (you didn't ask, but I'll answer anyways): Nars Orgasm or Tarina Tarantino Doll Face Palette Highlight/luminizer: Don't use normally Eyeshadow: UD, Stila, Smashbox…
  • We own the American version of Funny Games, it's one that I won't watch again, and I love horror/suspense/psychological thriller movies. I can't even tell you if it was good, it was just completely disturbing, and one of the main reasons I won't let strangers into my home (even if they seem perfectly nice and polite).
