  • Quinoa. Hands down. Cook it like rice. Add it cooked to eggs. Oatmeal. Yogurt. By itself. It's become a staple in my household and creates sustainable energy and is an excellent source of protein while also satisfy your carb cravings. I'll even throw it in my morning smoothies.
  • Don't worry about being last. Just think- your time may help someone next go around when they are thinking the same thoughts. Just do it, and you'll be glad you did.
  • My daugher likes to play peek a boo and will call me "dada"! I always reply "mama!" and she laughs and thinks it is so funny that she is calling me dada when she knows I'm her mama. I get a chuckle every time!
  • Blue Diamond Sweetened Vanilla Almond Milk is delicious. The regular sweetened is OK, but if you're adding to cereal the vanilla flavor goes a long way. I've tried all brands, and Blue Diamond is the closest to regular milk- hands down.
