Bake an apple with cinnamon and add muesli at the end. Delicious and low calories.

That's an awesome story and it pushes me to continue my weight loss journey, because yes, that's a real journey. Keep going!

I pay 25$ CAD per month for my gym membership. I used to take dance lessons (45$ per semester). I received my free weights and my 2 Jillian Michaels DVDs as Christmas gifts. I don't buy any protein or shakes.
-
I tried to do it 7 days a week + normal workouts, but I was too tired after 9 days in a row. I took 2 days off and I'm starting again tonight.
-
Amazing! what did you do (in terms of exercice, food, etc.)?
-
I have the Polar FT4 and that helps me to evaluate correctly the # of calories I burn during exercice. MFP tends to overestimate my burn.
-
I'm on day 7 of level 1. Can't wait to see the results. I already increased the weights. I'll stick with the program and just increase the weights if it gets too easy

This and low fat cheddar or even better, a 5% fat cheese

I only drink water and earl grey tea during the week, so 0 cal. but during the weekend, I allow myself a few glasses of wine :drinker:

I bought a red Turtleneck sweater two years ago for Christmas and I felt tight in it. I then gained a lot of weight and couldn't even wear it. I am now wearing it and look good in it

I need supportive friends too, so feel free to add me!

Starting it tonight! Can't wait!

I'm 5'3 and 26 years old. SW: 200, CW:155 GW: 140. I'm on a plateau since end of October, but I hope that in January the scale will continue to go down. If I achieve to reach 140, I might reevaluate my goal, but another 15 pounds is my main goal.
