Same problem here...I'll try to change my habbits this week: I'm planning healthy snacks for when I get from work (this is the crucial moment). Otherwise, I'm not hungry after dinner.

I put my original weight when I started my weight loss journey too (Feb. 2012). I started using MFP because one of my colleague recommended it to me since I needed extra motivation to continue to lose weight steadily.
