I was down in Tampa last year for New Years Eve and the happenings going on down at the Channelside complex was pretty good.. Could also check out some of the parties/etc going on up in the Ybor City (a neighbourhood in Tampa)

Strong Lifts is a great program .. the app for tracking your progress/work outs is solid as well.

Emerald almonds .. dark chocolate powder or cinnamon powder = awesome. 7 packages per box and I believe it was at Target for 2.30 or so per box.

It's all about chasing down a dream job that has some pretty tough physical standards and at the same time not being a hypocrite and telling my kids to work hard and chase their dreams while I rot away on the couch and at my current job.

If you were to weigh yourself daily it wouldn't be uncommon to see a loss and then a couple days of gains and then a larger loss, etc etc. As everyone else before me has said, we fluctuate and it can be up to a few pounds a day depending on sodium/water/etc. Look at the long term trend and perhaps be concerned if you go a…
