Darn I forgot something else that is a good snack. You take cheese ( I prefer shredded) put it in the oven till edges are crispy. Or you can cook it in the skillet. Cut it into wedges and have with hummus or black bean hummus. Yum!

Yes there is a turbo jam and TF hybrid. Just google it lots of hybrids pop up that you could try with the different programs you do have. I also know that you can make your own schudle but getting the hybrid x app. It is for beachbody programs only. Have fun whatever you do.

Yes you can lift while pregnant as long as you have before. I think the biggest problem is your balance is more off when your expecting and it is easier for you to "tweak" a muscle. There are limits but you just have to safe about it. I think your comfort level is also important. I was very sick with each of my pregnancies…

My favorite: equal parts (such as 1/4 cup) olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and vinger. I then add some Italian seasoning, oragno, basil these I don't measure so maybe a tablespoon. Let it marinade for at least two hours. I usually do it over night. Yum yum! ;) let me know if you try it a like it please.
