Increasing your protein intake is important. You don't want to be burning you lean muscle mass when exercising, and increasing your protein intake will help guard against that. Focus on feeling good, having energy to enjoy your day, and know that we all wish you health and success. :)

I use Silk True Almond milk and a banana in my shake. This really helps with powder-ness.
