I hear you! I just ate 2 cups of strawberries and that did the trick. Sometimes a cup of Good Earth Herbal Tea or peppermint tea eases those dessert cravings.

Steel cut oats. Used to taste bland, but after a couple of days I find I love the chewy texture and the nutty taste--I don't need the sugar anymore. I notice that everything tastes better these days!
